Project Description

Cuballama, with currently more than 1 million users is a voice call and mobile recharge service oriented to Cuban customers. We were responsible for creating, escalating and maintaining their infraestructure. We developed, maintained, optimized and escalated their custom CRM for internal use and web, android and ios apps for end users, as well as their server infrastructure. When we started working with them they had no mobile apps and an infraestructure that struggled to support around a tenth of their current estimated number of users. As of today, Cuballama has grown to accommodate users in the millions with a solid and robust infraestructure, as well as having mobile apps and services capable of supporting current and future demand.
